Hi, I’m Jill Boyd — Founder of SIDECAR Social and Content.
I like to think of myself as a professional people-person, storyteller, and your secret weapon for capturing life’s most meaningful moments.
By day, I work full-time in marketing and communications — a career that’s taught me the power of intentional storytelling, authentic connection, and showing up with purpose. SIDECAR is my creative side hustle, where I get to bring that experience to life in a whole new way.
After six amazing years as a wedding photographer, I felt called to shift gears and channel that creative spark into something fresh. For me, photography was never just about the pictures — it was always about the memories. That passion is what inspired SIDECAR: a content company designed for weddings and events.
I’m all about telling real stories in real time — the unscripted, behind-the-scenes magic. The moments your photographer might miss, but you’ll definitely want to remember. Armed with my iPhone (and a whole lot of heart), I capture candid memories that feel natural, fun, and totally you. Because your day deserves to be remembered — not just seen, but felt.
